Flight Terms and Conditions

Your use of the IEX Helicopters’ (Island Express Helicopters Inc.) transportation services is expressly conditioned on your full acceptance of, and compliance with the Day Trip Travel Policies and our General Flight Policies. These policies apply to all passengers, visitors, and others who may access our property and services.

Check-In Time
All guests must check-in 30 minutes prior to their scheduled departure time. To maintain our flight schedule, reservations are held until 15 minutes before departure. Reservations are automatically canceled after this point with no change or refund options.

Flight Schedule
We are committed to providing you with the best possible flight experience, and although we always strive to accommodate your requested flight times, our schedule is subject to necessary adjustments due to factors such as weather conditions, air traffic, and flight availability. To ensure that you stay well-informed, we kindly request you to keep a close watch on your email for updates from our reservations team (fly@iexhelicopters.com).

Per-Seat Round-Trip Bookings
Round-trip pricing only applies to same-night returns. (eg.: depart Sat, June 24th 10pm; return June 25th 2am. For different day round-trips please select One-way flights) Round trip pricing only applies to same night returns. In all other cases your quote will reflect two one-way flights

Private Charter Round-Trip Bookings
Round-trip charter pricing only applies to same-night returns. (eg.: depart Sat, June 24th 10pm; return June 25th 2am. In all other cases your charter quote will reflect two one-way flights.

Drugs and Alcohol
IEX Helicopters (Island Express Helicopters Inc.) is a federally regulated Air Carrier. FAA regulations will not permit any passenger to board an aircraft if that person appears to be intoxicated or otherwise under the influence of alcohol or any illegal drug. If it is determined that a passenger is not able to fly for the reasons listed herein, no refund will be issued.

Cancellation Policy
We require 72 hours’ notice if you wish to cancel or change your flight. Due to the cost associated with operating the aircraft, you will be charged the full amount of your flight if you change or cancel after this time.

Force Majeure
We are not responsible for adverse elements beyond our control, i.e. weather or mechanical breakdown.

Festival Directions
To ensure a smooth and timely departure for all our guests, we kindly request that you check-in at least 30 minutes prior to your scheduled departure time. Our heliport is conveniently located a short 5-10 minute walk away from the festival site. When leaving the festival grounds to catch your return flight, we kindly ask you to utilize EXIT 9, located next to the main medical tent.
